TURAN during the Holy Month of Ramadan

TURAN during the Holy Month of Ramadan

Ramadan is one of the major religious holidays in Kazakhstan. It is the holy month of fasting and spiritual reflection for Muslims. During the day, believers abstain from food and drink, sinful speech and behavior to harmonize their inner world, and after the sun sets, they are allowed to ingest food and water.

Supporting the fasting believers and those who have decided to take the path of self-discipline and improvement during the holy month of Ramadan, TURAN regularly supplies free natural water to the country’s mosques. Every year, it donates 50 thousand bottles of water during the charity event.

Thanks to its low content of deuterium (heavy hydrogen isotopes), TURAN natural water helps purify the body and is well-suited for iftar, the ceremony of breaking the fast at sunset before the evening prayer that precedes the main evening meal. Traditionally, three dates washed down with pure water, TURAN in this case, are eaten for iftar.

Every year since 2018, this initiative of the water producer is thankfully welcomed by the representatives of the country’s muftiat and imams of all the cities’ central mosques in Kazakhstan.
