During the pandemic, physicians and COVID-19 patients were supplied with TURAN natural water. Over 50 thousand liters of our water were dispatched to Kazakhstani hospitals where, round the clock, doctors were fighting the pandemic that had engulfed the world.
During any illness, proper water intake schedule is among the key factors contributing to recovery. Doctors recommend to increase fluid intake during colds and viral infections, including COVID-19. Patients running high temperatures of +38 to +39 °С are advised to replenish their fluid balance by drinking 50-60 ml of water per each kilogram of their body weight every day. This is roughly equivalent to ½ - 1 cup of warm water per hour. In practice, it means that the patients should frequently take small sips of body-temperature water.
It is important that the ingested water is not merely filtered but is actually physiologically wholesome. It has to be natural water with a proper balance of micro and macro elements. This water will help eliminate the toxic byproducts of the body’s fight against the virus and replenish electrolytes. This is especially important since during illness, the body loses a lot of essential salts and elements like potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium and iodine.
